Dr. Gregory Pace, GWCPM, LSSBB, CQA
Leadership Consultant
Gregory's career is a testament to his exceptional leadership and dedication. As a retired Sergeant Major of the United States Army, he served 23 years in various leadership roles, culminating in graduation from the United States Army Sergeant Major Academy Class #59. He has spent twelve years as an Adjunct Professor, teaching leadership, management, and process improvement courses across different educational levels. Born and raised in Clarksdale, Mississippi, Gregory and his wife Jacquelyn have two daughters, Andréa and Brianna.
Gregory's academic achievements are impressive, including a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and various certifications such as a Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. His transition to civilian life saw him excel as the Regional Program Manager for Quality Management, Knowledge Management, and Process Improvement for the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
An accomplished author, Gregory has written two leadership books: “Lead Follow or Get Out of the Way,” where he shares his insights into effective leadership practices, and “Leading Through the Maze - Navigating 52 Challenges,” a vital resource for leaders in today's complex and rapidly changing world. It offers a multifaceted approach to leadership, emphasizing the need for leaders to be adaptable, strategic thinkers who are emotionally intelligent. His personal story is a testament to the power of positive leadership and the impact of continuous personal and professional development. Despite challenges, including skepticism about the value of higher education in the military, Dr. Pace has proven that dedication to learning and leadership can lead to remarkable achievements. His commitment to mentoring and guiding future leaders, whether in the military or through his work with the federal government, reflects his belief in the transformative power of good leadership. Dr. Pace's life and career embody the principles of leading by example, lifelong learning, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
Mrs. Jacquelyn Pace, M.S. in HRM
Human Resources Consultant
Jacquelyn's portfolio reflects her extensive experience and deep expertise in human resources. With over 20 years of experience, she excels in providing HR solutions through technology, compliance, and people management. Her leadership as Chief of the Processing, Records, and Benefits Section showcased her ability to interpret complex guidelines and regulations, focusing on benefits, worker's compensation, retirement, and entitlements. Her role in cyclic audits of civilian personnel actions further underscores her meticulous attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
Jacquelyn's academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and an Associate in Arts in Accounting. Her commitment to mentoring emerging HR professionals highlights her dedication to the field. Outside of her professional life, she values family time, reading, and music. Jacquelyn's blend of practical experience, academic credentials, and passion for mentoring positions her as a distinguished leader in human resources.
